The President of the Aquillian Government, who was on the verge of finalizing the planet's membership into the [[UFP]] was exiled and trapped aboard [[Atlantis Station]]. Non-[[Aquillian]]s all over the planet were arrested and placed into internment camps for ''processing''. Amongst the prisoners taken was the [[Federation]] [[Ambassador]], [[Joanne Turner]] and her staff.
