The USS Serenity is a [[Fangtooth]] Class vessel. The Serenity is the first vessel in its class and came from a combined project called Deep Dive with combined the [[Federation Naval Patrol]], Star Fleet, [[Pacifica Submersible Research Institute]] and the [[Albatross Organisation]] a deep space rescue organisations. She is currently serving in [[Starfleet]] of the [[United Federation of Planets]] and is assigned to the Federation Department for Oceanic Research as well a being currently tasked to the [[52nd Fleet]]. She is designed as a deep submersible exploration vessel to go deeper and travel for longer then any of her predecessors. She can also be used as a rescue vessel with no external adaptation for the task. She has the ability to function as a submersible and a [[starship]] with a set to retractable warp nacelles that are housed inside recesses in her hull. She has a crew composed of members from the Federation Naval Patrol, Starfleet and the Albatross Organisation. This also means that the Serenity also has strong links with all three organisations.

Since the [[Into the Looking Glass]] incident the Serenity had been refitted and repaired of the battle damage.  Serenity has been tasked to the Federation [[Special Operation: Special Service Vessels]] Section of the [[52nd Fleet]]. A Tactical Mission Adviser was up loaded into the Serenities computer and a Special Operations Team Gargoyle Six were deployed on board.

Gargoyle Six is a special forces team working under special operations that has been assigned to the Serenity. They have are equipped with state for the art equipment to aid them in their tasks. They have been armed with [[Ghost Suit]] and assault design [[Warp Accelerated Railgun]].

Due to the sudden out brake of the Second Life Contagion the Serenity has been tasked to try and identify the source of the contagion and how to stop it before it spreads across the quadrant

From the research that Mrs Robison and Dr Daquee has been able to find from the information of the Toto it appears that the Second Life Contagion may have been created by them and that some where in a hidden repository may be the antidote to the virus. It was speculated that second life may have been what destroyed the Toto Empire.

Working as part of the [[HAZ-SUP Flotilla]] as a Deep Submersible Search and Rescue Vessel which is part of the Rapid Response Mobile Emergency Deployment Unit of the [[Albatross Organisation]] and also attached to the [[52nd Fleet]] as an auxiliary unit.
A clandestine organisation called the Corporation has been looking for the Grand Library of E’mbachapak of the lost [[Toto]] civilisation. There have been reports that the Corporation is interested to find any information or artefact that may lead them to the Grand Library. There is no specific information about why the Corporation would want the information from the Grand Library but it has been assumed that with the information they would be able to shift the balance of power with some of the key galactic players. It is not know exactly they would be able to do this but it is assumed that they have operatives in the highest echelons of power reporting to them and ready to move when the moment is right.
 
It is reported that they have sent [[Mortas]] and [[Imorlas]] with the Corperation's starship the [[Charon]] to find the Grand Library. This indicates that level of importance of finding the Grand Library as Mortas and Imorlas is their most experianced team. They is ruthless, cunning and will stop at nothing to reach his goal no matter who they have to go over or through to get to it. There is also a report that they are looking for the sourse of Second Life but for what reason still remains unknown


The Serenity became infected by a parasite life form by one of [[Sulia Madon]]`s operatives and most of the command staff and ship’s crew took part in the mutiny to take over the ship.

The Serenity was attacked and boarded by ships and marines of the [[HAZ-SUP Flotilla]] along with elements of the [[52nd Fleet]] and attached Marine Corp. The infected crew has been removed to a quarantine facility for investigation and treatment. The Serenity has gone through extensive refit and repair at the [[MRD Lily Sloane]] Mobile Repair Dock and went on her shakedown cruise integrating members of her original and new crew.
These are the log data found from various sources during the different Serenity Mission which contain information about the [[Toto]] Civilisation


She was stripped and partially dismantled as part of the Starfleet's military reduction policy with the disbandment of the 52nd fleet. This also broke up the ships of the HAZ-SUP Flotilla which was returned to their original organisation, scrapped of soled on.
