The Bar-Tail is a starship that has close affiliations with the Orion syndicate. Rumours are that the Captain owes a debt to someone high up in the syndicate since she had escaped from a high security facility. Upon her freedom she and her crew found the Bar-Tail in a surplus depot Kilo 489, a federation junkyard.
