The Emergency Response Unit is split into two groups the ground teams are used for planet deployment or star base. The Fleets is used as command and control, coordinating mobile response and assisting and deploying of Mobile Surgical Teams.

Ground Teams:

The Ground Team comprise of a Mobile Hospital Unit and a smaller and independent Mobile Surgical Teams.

Mobile Hospital Unit: The Mobile Hospital Unit is a 400 bedded hospital which can be ready and working with 24 hours of deployed from orbit.

Mobile Surgical Team: The Mobile Surgical Team is a four person surgical team to deploy away from the hospital to provide emergency surgical care as well as a stabilisation for critical patients before they are transport to the hospital for critical intensive care.

Fleets:

The Fleets comprise of

A Nebula class starship for fleet command

Olympic Class star ships for smaller responses or part of a fleet deployment

Nova Class starships for deployment and assisting Mobile surgical teams.
