Rondar Nell was the elected President of the Federation, during the coup of Admiral Doenitz. Following the take over, it was widely assumed that Nell was killed or captured, however, in early 2407, rumors of Nell traveling in disguise across the Alpha Quadrant. Doenitz dispatched crack commando teams and began combing the quadrant for Nell. Several body doubles of Nell were found and killed, however, the actual Nell has never been caught.
