Arkot was an Andorian smuggler during the Federation Civil War. He was a supplier of weapons and equipment to the 52nd Fleet as well as to the Andorian Resistance.
He once shuttled Ensign Ahmed Ibn Salid from Andoria to Starbase Geneva. His starship was equipped with a Romulan Cloaking device.
