Mission: The Anointed

The Away Team has encountered an unexpected problem in their search for the lost MCO on the planet Iradon - NONE of their technology works and all communications have been lost with the ship. So they are thrown back on their own resources and have to find a way to locate and retrieve Colonel Straton - and then somehow get their shuttle and communications to work so they can return to the ship.

In the meantime, the Kitty Hawk (temporary home of the Boudicca crew) has received a distress call and has gone to answer it. Traces of Cardassian weapons have been found on the hull of the alien vessel, and a Cardassian ship is, unknown to the Kitty Hawk, even now making its way towards them.
