The USS Spectre is the first Spectre Class starship to be launched, serving the 52nd Fleet under command of Commander T'Vhor and Lieutenant Brian Rogers. Captain Remae Ktell was the commanding officer until a horrible accident left him unable to command. T'Vhor was promoted to CO and Rogers was brought in from the Boudicca to be the First Officer. He has yet to arrive.

Fleet Update
With our away missions to Betazed now concluded, the Spectre is en route to the Cor Caroli System. The required intelligence & the retrieval of the person known only by the codename, 'Zulu One' has now been achieved. Captain K'tell has been critically injured but is stable & his prognosis is reasonable.
